An unprecedented global power grab is unfolding in plain sight — and most of humanity is unknowingly bankrolling it. Through the very taxes we work hard to pay, a machinery is being funded that could dismantle national sovereignty, rewrite the rules of health, and decide the fate of future generations. This is not distant theory; it is happening now, and the clock to stop it is already running out.

Let’s take a look briefly at a bit of the history around how this wicked Treaty/Agreement came to be:
South Africa sits on the International Negotiating Body of the Pandemic Preparedness Treaty represented by South Africa’s Precious Matsoso (former Dept. of Health Director General), as co-chair, who was instructed by the World Health Assembly (WHA) to draft this threatening Treaty. Matsoso represents the Africa region in a six-person bureau.
The World Health Assembly adopted this Global Pandemic Preparedness Agreement on 20 May 2025, however, the agreement is incomplete. The most critical section, the Pathogen Access and Benefit Sharing Annex, is still being negotiated.
Governments have until 10 August 2025 to submit proposals regarding this annex — yet most parliaments and citizens remain unaware.
WHY do we the people - the entire Human Race, need to wake up and take action? What do we need to take action against exactly?
The answer is simple, this filthy agreement poses significant GLOBAL threats to:
National and parliamentary sovereignty in all Countries
Transparency and public participation in all Countries
Traditional and natural medicine systems, which are excluded in favour of Big Pharma profiting interests in all Countries
Should this Pathogen Access and Benefit Sharing Annex come into existence and Afrika and South Africans have not opposed the current proposed changes, the proposed amendments may be legislated, creating the pathway for adherence to, and compliance with, a very draconian International Treaty/Pandemic Preparedness Agreement that threatens to enslave them along with the rest of the global population: The WHO as a “Proxy World Government”? Abolition of the Nation State? Say NO to “Global Tyranny”.
This draws the intent of South Africa’s Department of Health and its executive “Leadership” in particular (with its newest proposed health regulations), into serious question.

As it stands, South Africa has one of the strongest Constitutions in the world and technically, the WHO / WHA document created and signed by the THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA CRIME SYNDICATE (who are mere puppets to the WHO/WHA), bear zero weight under the South African constitution (which always holds the authority above any legal and/or illegal documents). Moreover, South Africans in particular will simply rebel any force that attempts to make them comply to things like lockdowns, forced vaccinations or quarantines in future (post the COVID experience), as the majority of their population have woken up. SA police too, cannot legally enforce any such threats on the people, so in this regard, the WHO and WHA will not be in a position to undermine the SA Constitutions authority nor will it have any power over the strength in numbers that the SA population has against their mere 1% attempting this global power grab in the name of “HEALTH”.
FACT: People get caught up in the legal fiction spin. The WHO / WHA Pandemic Preparedness Agreement actually, is just a piece of paper therefore it does not even exist. One cannot fight the system using the same narrative (created by statutes) by which the legal fiction was created!
WHO and WHA are Corporations, - legal fictions - which can only influence other legal fictions. This means that their Corporate Law applies to all “Company Employees” i.e. (everybody on the voters roll with registered pieces of paper i.e. ID Documents etc.). The remedy here, has finally emerged from the ashes of Spirit - The South African Sate Assembly where people are now reclaiming their sovereignty and total freedom, daily.
Corporations don't have jurisdiction on the land, even less the WHO and WHA (although these entities seem to behave as if they do). In South Africa, Tribal courts have jurisdiction: on the land.
Be that as it may, what about the rest of AFRIKA? What about the rest of the global population being hijacked by this supreme evil attempting to rule by Pandemic Agreement and “PHARMAKEIA" from which we get the English word "PHARMACY" which means "the use or administering of drugs," "medication," "poisoning," "deception" and “witchcraft."
Lets look at what came into Effect on 19th July 2025 as far as “International Health Regulations (IHR) Amendments” go:
The IHR amendments were adopted secretly in 2024 with no public consultation and came into effect (unless explicitly rejected).
Concerns include:
Expanded powers for the WHO Director-General to declare pandemic emergencies — even without data or public review.
Centralised global response mechanisms, excluding non-pharma remedies.
Introduction of a Coordinated Financial Mechanism (Article 44 BIS) to funnel money into global pharmaceutical infrastructure — inserted secretly at the last minute.
Revelation 18:23—24: "The light of a lamp shall not shine in you anymore, and the voice of bridegroom and bride shall not be heard in you anymore. For your merchants were the great men of the earth, for by your SORCERY all the NATIONS were DECEIVED. And in her was found the blood of prophets and saints, and of all who were slain on the earth."
The Greek word "SORCERY" translated, is "PHARMAKEIA," from which we get the English word "PHARMACY" and it means "the use or the administering of drugs," "medication," "poisoning," "deception" and "witchcraft."
What the Divine Source is telling us is that, Satan is going to use the "PSEUDO PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY" through their “WITCHCRAFT", to "DECEIVE" and "POISON" all nations in these last days, and we are seeing it today!
Common Themes Across Both the above mentioned unlawful “Agreements”
Sidelining of elected representatives: Executives and negotiators operate without parliamentary oversight or public consent.
Pharma-centric global health: Natural, traditional, and local health approaches are delegitimised or excluded.
Secrecy and lack of transparency: Documents were changed last-minute; timelines were compressed, preventing public scrutiny.
Threat to sovereignty: Both documents centralise global control in a way that undermines national decision-making and health autonomy.

I am writing this today out of the pure and great love I carry in my heart for this world and it's people. If I did not care about the future of our world, our welfare and those I walk in this existence with (whom I love dearly), I would not have bothered to pen this important information contained above.
Everyone one of us has the right to know what is afoot and be given the opportunity to take whatever steps necessary to ensure we are informed - knowledge is power - and right now, there is a very sinister attempt taking place to strip the Human Race of our Power of Attorney over our Bodies and to keep us forever enslaved and “in the middle”
